The Saint Andrews Ladies Hockey Club Inc. Management Committee has developed a Grievance Policy and Procedure for club members. This policy has been developed to ensure our club members have an avenue to express any problems that may occur throughout the season and to ensure that problems are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
